Who’s Kuan Siang? Ong Kuan Siang, fondly known as OKS among the current seniors of KEVII Hall is the candidate who’s running for the position of Publications Secretary in the upcoming 52nd JCRC Elections. Should he be successful, he’ll be the one managing KEVII Hall’s Publications Committee, Photography Committee, Video Committee and Webteam. Listen to his speech today at the Dining Hall from 6.00pm to 8.00pm!
